  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's property assets, including real estate, equipment, and other physical assets.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for the efficient management and maintenance of all company assets.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to asset management.
  4. Create and maintain detailed records of all company assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers related to property asset management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the safety and security of all company assets.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for the maintenance and upkeep of company assets.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of property asset management professionals to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in property asset management and implement them in the company's processes and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide regular updates on asset management performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure proper communication and coordination for asset-related matters.
  13. Collaborate with the finance team to provide accurate and timely reporting on asset valuations and financial performance.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues related to asset management.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the property asset management team.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Asset Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Property Management Best Practices, Including Lease Negotiations, Financial Analysis, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
