Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the field of systems engineering.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Systems Engineering Principles, Methodologies, And Tools.
Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Deliver Complex Engineering Projects.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
