Lead and manage a team of thermal engineers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
Develop and implement thermal engineering strategies to support the company's aerospace and defense projects.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in thermal design, analysis, and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve thermal engineering issues and challenges.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to thermal engineering.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Thermal Engineering Field, Preferably In Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Engineers.
Strong Knowledge Of Thermal Analysis Software Such As Ansys, Comsol, Or Thermal Desktop.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
