Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality production of aerospace and defense products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and modify production equipment and systems.
Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology and incorporate them into our processes.
Collaborate with quality control team to ensure products meet customer specifications and standards.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on the status of manufacturing processes.
Communicate with clients and provide technical expertise on product capabilities and limitations.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures and ensure adherence to them.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment.
Proficient In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Manufacturing Software, Such As Sap Or Mes.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Machining, Welding, And Assembly.
Experience With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
