  1. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for our advanced aerospace and defense technology products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely production of products.
  3. Identify areas for improvement in existing manufacturing processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify new manufacturing technologies and techniques that can be applied to our products.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all manufacturing processes.
  6. Work closely with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  7. Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in manufacturing processes and procedures.
  10. Continuously drive for quality and process improvements through the use of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  11. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to source and qualify new suppliers and materials.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to ensure our company remains at the forefront of innovation.
  13. Communicate and report progress and challenges to management in a timely and accurate manner.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment

  • Proficiency In Cad/Cam Software And Experience With Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Systems

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Machining, Welding, And Assembly

  • Experience With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies
