Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Manufacturing Engineering Within The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Systems.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues On The Production Floor.
