  1. Maintain and support computer networks and peripherals to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, software, and hardware.
  3. Install and configure network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  4. Monitor network performance and identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement network security measures and protocols.
  6. Provide technical support and training to end-users on network-related issues.
  7. Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology.
  9. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and maintenance.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures for network usage and security.
  11. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide timely updates on network issues and projects.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve network infrastructure to enhance performance and security.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams to implement network solutions that meet business needs.
  15. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Pc Network Support, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Such As Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Vpn.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Hardware, Software, And Network Issues.

  • Certifications In Network Technologies, Such As Comptia Network+, Cisco Ccna, Or Microsoft Mcse, Are Preferred.
