- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of Northrop Grumman.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide HR guidance and support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to identify trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
- Act as a change agent to support and drive organizational changes and initiatives.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Act as a coach and mentor to junior HR team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Northrop Grumman, promoting our mission and values both internally and externally.
Extensive Hr Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10+ Years Of Experience In The Field Of Hr, With A Strong Background In Business Partnering And Talent Management.
Strategic Mindset: The Principal Hr Business Partner At Northrop Grumman Will Be Responsible For Aligning Hr Policies And Programs With The Company's Overall Business Objectives. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically About The Best Ways To Support The Organization's Goals.

Leadership And Management Experience: As A Senior Member Of The Hr Team, The Principal Hr Business Partner Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Driving Performance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations: Northrop Grumman Is A Large Organization With A Global Presence, So It's Crucial That The Principal Hr Business Partner Has A Deep Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations At The Local, State, And Federal Levels.
