- Oversee the development and execution of programs related to advanced communications systems in the Advanced Communications division.
- Work closely with a talented team to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of the program.
- Communicate project status updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Utilize a deep understanding of advanced communications technology to drive innovation and improvement within the program.
- Evaluate project performance and make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in advanced communications technology.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Continuously assess and improve program processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Communications, Marketing, Or Business Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Defense, Aerospace, Or Technology Industries.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Deliver Complex Programs On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Present And Communicate Complex Information To Diverse Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Government Contracts And Regulations, As Well As Experience Working With Multiple Government Agencies And Stakeholders.
