  1. Conduct stress analysis and provide technical support for airframe design and development projects.
  2. Perform structural calculations and simulations to determine the strength, stiffness, and stability of aircraft components and systems.
  3. Collaborate with design engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Utilize computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to analyze and optimize designs.
  5. Conduct failure investigations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  6. Develop and maintain stress analysis procedures and guidelines.
  7. Participate in design reviews and provide input on structural integrity and safety.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on stress analysis and provide guidance to junior engineers.
  9. Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities and provide technical expertise in resolving structural issues.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in stress analysis techniques.
  11. Ensure timely completion of stress analysis tasks and meet project deadlines.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide progress updates and present findings.
  13. Adhere to company processes and procedures for quality and safety.
  14. Continuously improve stress analysis methods and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Stress Analysis Of Airframe Structures

  • Proficiency In Using Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Software And Other Analysis Tools

  • Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Certification Requirements For Aircraft Structures

  • Experience Working With Material Review Board (Mrb) Process And Resolving Non-Conformance Issues In A Timely Manner
