  1. Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of vehicle management systems for advanced vehicles.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  3. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and innovation in vehicle management systems.
  4. Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  5. Implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of systems.
  6. Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in vehicle management systems to incorporate the latest technologies into project designs.
  8. Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
  9. Work with suppliers and vendors to evaluate and select components and materials for vehicle management systems.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the design and development of systems.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the development and testing phase.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in project reviews, presentations, and technical discussions with clients and partners.
  14. Maintain accurate documentation of designs, specifications, and testing procedures.
  15. Collaborate with other teams to integrate vehicle management systems into larger projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Vehicle Management Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Vehicle Dynamics, Control Systems, And Sensor Integration.

  • Proven Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams On Complex Projects.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Vehicle Management Systems, Such As Mil-Std-882 And Sae As6802.
