Design and develop innovative weapons systems and technologies in accordance with company and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new design concepts and improvements to existing weapons technology.
Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in the defense industry.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
Conduct testing and evaluation of weapons systems to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to weapons technology.
Support proposal development for new weapons projects and participate in presentations to clients.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support for weapons systems as needed.
Identify and propose cost-effective solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of weapons systems.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on weapons technology and best practices.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of assigned projects.
Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols for all sensitive information related to weapons technology.

Job Qualifications

Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Security Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Weapons Design And Development.
Strong Knowledge Of Weapons Systems, Including Missiles, Bombs, And Other Munitions.
Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools, Such As Cad And Simulation Programs.
