Job Description

At Northwestern Medicine, our Ambulatory Operations team is looking for an Analytics Developer to help us create, develop, and maintain the systems that enable our organization to make data-driven decisions. We are seeking an individual with a passion for technology and an understanding of its potential to inform our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to support our team in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least two years of experience in software development, data analytics, and/or data engineering is preferred. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and/or R, as well as experience in working with data visualization and reporting tools.We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated to make a positive impact on our team. The successful candidate must be a team player, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues across departments and functions, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain systems that enable Northwestern Medicine to make data-driven decisions

  • Monitor and maintain the systems and processes necessary for data-driven decision making
