
Physician - Occupational Health
At Northwestern Medicine, we are looking for an experienced Physician - Occupational Health to join our team. The successful candidate should be an experienced physician with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to excellence in patient care, and a passion for occupational health.The Physician - Occupational Health will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with work-related injuries and illnesses. This includes evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of work-related conditions, providing preventive care, and conducting preventive screenings. The Physician - Occupational Health will also work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans.Required Qualifications:• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois • Board Certified in Occupational Medicine • At least two years of experience in Occupational Medicine • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work within a team setting • Commitment to patient care excellence • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of current trends and evidence-based practice in Occupational Medicine • Ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Computer proficiency in electronic health record systems
Responsibilities:

Md Or Do Degree
Board Certification In Occupational Medicine
Current Illinois Medical License
Experience In Occupational Medicine
Knowledge Of Osha And Other Relevant Workplace Regulations
Experience With Job-Site Evaluations
Knowledge Of Workers’ Compensation Regulations
