Surgical Liaison

5. Keep up to date with medical industry trends and procedures in order to provide the most current information to patients and families.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other medical professionals to ensure patients are receiving the best care possible.
7. Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
8. Act as a resource and guide for patients and families throughout their surgical journey.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
10. Provide excellent customer service and ensure the patient experience is a positive one.
