
Surgical Liaison

Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate and facilitate the patient experience throughout the entire surgical process.
- Utilize strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures to provide accurate information to patients and families.
- Multitask and prioritize effectively in order to ensure the highest quality of care is provided in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date with medical industry trends and procedures in order to provide the most current information to patients and families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other medical professionals to ensure patients are receiving the best care possible.
- Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Act as a resource and guide for patients and families throughout their surgical journey.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure the patient experience is a positive one.
