- Participate in groundbreaking research initiatives, including clinical trials, to advance the understanding and treatment of urologic cancer.

- Serve as a mentor and role model for other physicians, residents, and medical students, sharing knowledge and expertise in urologic oncology.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients, including treatment plans, progress notes, and test results.
- Stay current with developments in the field of urologic oncology, attending conferences, seminars, and other educational opportunities.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Comply with all legal and ethical standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to medical protocols and guidelines.
