Director, Provider Operations

Norton Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Provider Operations to join our team. The Director of Provider Operations will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of provider operations across all Norton Healthcare facilities. This individual must be a visionary leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals to achieve successful provider operations.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication skills. They must have a thorough understanding of healthcare operations and be able to develop innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of the organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in provider operations, with a focus on operational excellence and operational process improvement. In addition, the Director of Provider Operations must possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data. A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
