Job Description

Norton Healthcare is looking for an experienced IS Epic Security Analyst to join our team. The IS Epic Security Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing security standards for our Epic electronic medical record system. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of security best practices, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for security, a commitment to excellence, and the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our system is secure.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with Epic electronic medical records systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Additionally, this individual should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with creating and maintaining security policies and procedures, as well as experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software, is highly desired.
