Job Description

Lead the transformation from a heavily traditional/offline marketing plan to an optimal balance of offline/online marketing, with the website playing an integral role in both offline/online customer journeys. Set channel KPIs and consistently guide performance to optimize traffic, conversion, retention, revenue and profitability. Lead major website redesign initiative, transforming the digital experience for past guests, prospects, and travel partners to research, book, and manage cruises by providing digital experiences, content, and tools that allow for frictionless booking and cruise management. Design and build the optimal digital experience for Regent that's on par with the luxury experience onboard, which will drive incremental demand for our brand. Collaborate with external agencies, IT, Marketing, in-house Creative team, Analytics teams, as well as eComm teams on Oceania and Norwegian Cruise Line. Enhance the customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Effectively translate the brand strategy and positioning into compelling content in an engaging and intuitive user experience.

Job Qualifications
  • 10 years experience in Marketing eComm strategy, planning, development and execution

  • 8 years of management experience required

  • Proven track record of leading the build and redesigns of enterprise-level digital products and platforms

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with various testing methodologies

  • Experience in multi-national and multi-language sites
