  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups, to support access and reimbursement for Novartis products.
  2. Stay up-to-date on evolving healthcare policies, regulations, and market trends, and proactively identify potential opportunities and challenges for Novartis products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to develop and implement access and reimbursement strategies that align with business objectives.
  4. Provide guidance and support to sales teams in navigating reimbursement challenges and securing coverage for Novartis products.
  5. Analyze and interpret complex reimbursement data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for access and reimbursement programs and initiatives.
  7. Educate and train internal stakeholders on access and reimbursement processes and policies.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues on access and reimbursement-related matters.
  9. Monitor and track access and reimbursement metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline access and reimbursement processes and enhance the customer experience.
  11. Collaborate with patient support programs and other resources to ensure patients have access to appropriate financial assistance options.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to access and reimbursement activities.
  13. Represent Novartis at relevant conferences, meetings, and other events to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
  14. Act with integrity, professionalism, and a patient-centric mindset in all interactions and communications.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance access and reimbursement strategies and processes to support Novartis' mission to improve patient lives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Reimbursement And Access Strategies.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Healthcare Reimbursement Systems, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Pharmaceutical Marketing, Reimbursement, And Patient Assistance Programs.
