Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In French Language: The Associate Director, Content Adaptation - French Speaking Must Possess Native Or Near-Native Fluency In French Language To Effectively Communicate And Adapt Content For French-Speaking Markets.

  • Extensive Experience In Content Adaptation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Content Adaptation, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Cultural Nuances And Localization Strategies.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations: The Associate Director, Content Adaptation - French Speaking Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Including But Not Limited To Fda And Ema Regulations, To Ensure Compliance In All Adapted Content.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Involves Managing A Team Of Content Adaptation Specialists And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Leadership And Team Management, With Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills.
