- Lead and oversee all plant maintenance operations and processes utilizing SAP PM system.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant maintenance processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or challenges in plant maintenance.
- Continuously monitor and analyze plant maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in plant maintenance operations.
- Train and mentor team members on the effective use of SAP PM system and best practices in plant maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to SAP PM system.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and guidelines for plant maintenance processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on plant maintenance operations and performance.
- Work closely with procurement team to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and equipment for plant maintenance.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance plant maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in budget planning and cost control initiatives for plant maintenance operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the plant maintenance team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plant maintenance and SAP PM system.
- Represent Novartis in industry conferences and events related to plant maintenance and SAP PM system.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Pm Plant Maintenance.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
