1. Design and develop efficient and cost-effective biotherapeutic manufacturing processes.
2. Optimize and troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process development with project goals and timelines.
4. Conduct process scale-up studies and provide technical expertise for process transfer to manufacturing sites.
5. Perform process characterization and validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
