- Design and develop efficient and cost-effective biotherapeutic manufacturing processes.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process development with project goals and timelines.
- Conduct process scale-up studies and provide technical expertise for process transfer to manufacturing sites.
- Perform process characterization and validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to improve process efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
- Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to support process optimization and improvement.
- Participate in technology transfer activities, including training and knowledge transfer to manufacturing teams.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and advancements in bioprocess engineering.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in the design and execution of manufacturing processes.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks in the development or scale-up of processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all process development activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Biopharmaceutical Process Development And Manufacturing.
Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Fda Guidelines.
Experience With Process Scale-Up, Technology Transfer, And Process Validation.
Proficient In Process Optimization And Troubleshooting, With Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
