Novartis is looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the healthcare industry and expertise in developing relationships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations and other key decision makers. A successful Clinical Account Manager should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, be up-to-date on market trends, and have a proven track record of developing long-term relationships.The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare administration, business, or marketing• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on the managed care sector• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations and other key decision makers• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsIf you are a highly motivated professional with a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations, and other key decision makers.
  2. Work with a diverse range of clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  3. Keep up to date on market trends and provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients.
  4. Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to team members.
  5. Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical account, including budgeting and forecasting.
  6. Monitor and evaluate progress of projects and initiatives.
  7. Monitor client feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
  8. Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies.
  9. Provide training and support to team members.
  10. Participate in industry events and conferences.
