Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations, and other key decision makers.
- Work with a diverse range of clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Keep up to date on market trends and provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical account, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and evaluate progress of projects and initiatives.
- Monitor client feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
- Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Participate in industry events and conferences.
