  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and efficiency across all commercial functions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are being met and identify opportunities for optimization.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for commercial teams on operational processes and best practices.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  6. Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in operations management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact commercial operations.
  9. Train and mentor team members on best practices and ensure their understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to gather and analyze data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues.
  12. Represent Novartis and its values by maintaining a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize processes to drive business growth and success.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to support the overall goals of the company.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Novartis by embodying our mission and values in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Commercial Operations Or A Related Field.
