  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize Net Promoter Score (NPS) for Novartis products and services.
  2. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to gather and analyze customer data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align NPS initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  4. Lead a team of analysts to collect, organize, and interpret customer data, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track NPS performance and present findings to senior leadership.
  6. Identify and implement improvements to current CRM processes and systems to enhance customer experience and drive NPS.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in NPS analytics and CRM, incorporating new methodologies and technologies as needed.
  8. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the NPS analytics team and across the organization.
  9. Communicate NPS insights and recommendations to various stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to drive customer-centric strategies.
  10. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy in NPS reporting and analysis.
