Job Description

As the Director of US Reputation and Corporate Storytelling, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the reputation of our company in the United States. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader who can effectively communicate our compelling corporate story and values to our stakeholders, including employees, patients, customers, and the general public.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the reputation of Novartis in the United States.
  2. Create and maintain a compelling corporate story that effectively communicates the company's values, mission, and impact on improving and extending people's lives.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, patients, customers, and the general public, to ensure a positive and consistent understanding of the company's reputation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and storytelling across all communication channels.
  5. Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect and maintain the company's reputation in times of potential risk.
  6. Monitor and analyze media and social media coverage to identify potential reputation risks and develop proactive strategies to address them.
  7. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to deliver high-quality and impactful reputation management programs.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for reputation management initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reputation management and storytelling to continuously improve the company's approach.
  10. Represent the company at events, conferences, and other public forums to promote and enhance the company's reputation.
  11. Foster a culture of transparency, integrity, and ethical behavior within the organization, aligning with the company's values and mission.
  12. Continuously measure and report on the effectiveness of reputation management strategies and adjust as needed to ensure a positive brand perception.
  13. Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistency in reputation management and storytelling across all markets.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Novartis, promoting and upholding the company's values and reputation both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Reputation Management And Corporate Storytelling. The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Reputation And Storytelling Strategies In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Us Healthcare Landscape. As A Director, Us Reputation & Corporate Storytelling, The Individual Would Be Responsible For Shaping The Corporate Narrative In The Highly Regulated And Complex Us Healthcare Market. Therefore, A Thorough Understanding Of The Industry Is Essential.

  • Excellent Communication And Writing Skills. The Candidate Must Possess Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Craft And Deliver Compelling Corporate Stories To Various Stakeholders, Including Media, Investors, And Employees.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills. The Director Will Be Leading A Team Responsible For Managing The Company's Reputation And Storytelling Efforts. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.
