A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Innovation Processes And Methodologies, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Innovative Solutions.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Science, Or Engineering. Advanced Degree Preferred.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Ability To Identify And Evaluate Emerging Trends And Technologies In The Healthcare Industry, And To Develop Strategic Plans For Implementing Them Within The Organization.
