  1. Conduct legal research and provide support to the legal team in various projects and tasks.
  2. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  3. Attend meetings, calls, and conferences with clients and other stakeholders.
  4. Maintain and organize legal documents and files.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
  6. Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry.
  7. Provide recommendations and suggestions to improve legal processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of At Least Two Years Of Law School: Candidates For The Legal Intern Position At Novartis Should Have Completed A Minimum Of Two Years Of Law School, Preferably With A Focus On Corporate Or Healthcare Law.

  • Strong Academic Record: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Academic Record, With A Gpa Of 3.0 Or Above. This Demonstrates The Ability To Handle Complex Legal Concepts And Think Critically.

  • Familiarity With Legal Research And Writing: Legal Interns At Novartis Will Be Expected To Conduct Legal Research And Draft Legal Documents. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Legal Research Methods And Be Able To Write Clear And Concise Legal Memos.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Legal Intern, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Various Stakeholders, Including Attorneys, Clients, And Internal Teams. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Complex Legal Concepts.

  • Interest In The Pharmaceutical Industry: Novartis Is A Leading Pharmaceutical Company, And A Strong Interest In The Industry Is A Desirable Quality For A Legal Intern.
