  1. Develop and implement data and digital compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert on data and digital compliance, staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
  4. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  5. Train and educate employees on data and digital compliance requirements and best practices.
  6. Monitor and analyze data and digital activities to identify potential compliance risks and proactively address any issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal data security protocols and guidelines.
  8. Collaborate with legal and IT teams to ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and industry organizations.
  10. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory agencies as required.
  11. Stay informed on emerging compliance trends and technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Lead compliance-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  13. Act as a compliance resource and provide guidance to teams across the organization.
  14. Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  15. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to data and digital compliance activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Data And Digital Compliance, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Data Privacy Laws And Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Hipaa.

  • Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Compliance Programs, Including Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
