1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive patent searches to determine the patentability of Novartis products and technologies.
2. Prepare and file patent applications with relevant patent offices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
3. Work closely with inventors, research and development teams, and external counsel to identify and protect Novartis' intellectual property.
