Job Description

At Novartis, we are looking for an enthusiastic Pharmaceutical Sales Intern to join our team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the pharmaceutical industry and sales process.To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience in sales and customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and sales process.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  4. Meet or exceed established sales goals.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and address any issues in a timely manner.
  6. Develop effective strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  7. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
  9. Develop and implement marketing campaigns for the pharmaceutical products.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
