  3. Collaborate with manufacturing and quality control teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the batch release process.

  6. Monitor and report on trends and potential areas for improvement in the batch release process.

  9. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact the quality and compliance of released batches.
  10. Take ownership of assigned tasks and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of batch release activities.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality and compliance matters related to batch release.
  13. Train and mentor new team members on batch release processes and procedures.
  14. Act with a sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate release of pharmaceutical products.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence in quality and compliance to support the company's mission of improving and extending the lives of patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Cgmp Guidelines.

  • Experience With Batch Record Review And Release Processes.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
