We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Quality Assurance team and oversee our operational processes.   1. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  3. Oversee all operational processes, including document control, deviations, change control, and batch record review, to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with established standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle, from development to commercialization.
  5. Conduct audits and assessments of internal processes and external suppliers to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  6. Develop and maintain quality metrics to monitor and track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.
  8. Investigate and resolve quality issues and deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  9. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Novartis remains at the forefront of quality assurance.
  10. Foster a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization, promoting a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D and Manufacturing, to ensure quality is built into processes and products from the beginning.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on quality performance and escalate any critical issues or concerns.
  13. Champion a patient-centric approach to quality, always keeping the end goal of improving and extending patients' lives at the forefront.
  14. Develop and manage the Quality Assurance budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  15. Mentor and train team members on quality control procedures and regulations to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Control In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Gmp Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team In A Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills.
