Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Chemical, Mechanical, Or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Engineering Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Cgmp And Regulatory Requirements, With Experience In Leading And Managing Projects From Concept To Commercialization.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
