  1. Develop and maintain partnerships with external research sites to support the execution of clinical trials.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential research sites and evaluate their capabilities and resources.
  3. Negotiate and establish contracts and agreements with research sites.
  4. Ensure adherence to Novartis policies and procedures during the partnership process.
  5. Monitor and track progress of partnerships, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  6. Act as a liaison between Novartis and research sites, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  7. Facilitate communication and collaboration between research sites and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for partnership management.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all partnerships and related activities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to clinical trial partnerships, and proactively adapt strategies and processes accordingly.
  11. Represent Novartis at industry conferences and events to network and identify potential new partnerships.
  12. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration within the team and with external partners.
  13. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to the overall success of clinical research projects and Novartis' mission to improve patient lives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry

  • Demonstrated Success In Establishing And Maintaining Partnerships With External Organizations

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Processes And Regulations
