  1. Manage and maintain accurate and complete clinical trial data in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Conduct data review and cleaning activities to ensure data quality and integrity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing, to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
  4. Develop and maintain data management plans and data validation specifications.
  5. Coordinate and oversee data transfers between internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and Good Clinical Data Management Practices.
  8. Act as the primary point of contact for data management-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Participate in database lock activities and facilitate data reconciliation.
  10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes and systems.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management.
  12. Train and mentor junior data management team members.
  13. Provide support for regulatory submissions and inspections.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of all clinical trial data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Or Health Informatics.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems And Clinical Data Management Software, Such As Medidata Rave Or Oracle Inform.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations And Standards.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Discrepancies And Issues In A Timely Manner.
