  1. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data by reviewing and verifying data from various sources.
  2. Develop and implement data management plans in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and maintain clinical databases and ensure data quality.
  4. Create and maintain data management documentation, including data validation plans, data management plans, and data transfer agreements.
  5. Conduct data cleaning and query resolution to ensure timely and accurate database lock.
  6. Perform data reconciliation and discrepancy management to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  7. Participate in study team meetings to provide updates on data management activities and address any data-related issues.
  8. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  9. Contribute to the development and improvement of data management processes and procedures.
  10. Train and mentor junior data management staff.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management practices.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when working with sensitive data.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  14. Provide support for audits and inspections related to data management.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of clinical trials by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Computer Science, Or Data Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Data Management Tools And Systems, Such As Edc (Electronic Data Capture) And Cdisc (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium).

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sas And Sql.
