  1. Conduct clinical research and trials in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company protocols.
  2. Monitor and track progress of clinical trials, including patient enrollment, data collection, and study documentation.
  3. Ensure compliance with all ethical and safety standards in clinical research.
  4. Communicate with study sites and investigators to facilitate smooth execution of clinical trials.
  5. Collect, review, and analyze data from clinical trials to support decision-making processes.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of study milestones.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of study data and documentation.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in study data or processes.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in clinical research.
  10. Assist in the preparation of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
  12. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on study progress and results.
  13. Contribute to the development of new therapies and treatments for chronic diseases.
  14. Represent Novo Nordisk in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Nursing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Study Sites, Investigators, And Internal Team Members.

  • Ability To Travel Up To 60% Of The Time, Including Internationally, To Conduct Site Visits And Monitor Clinical Trials.
