  1. Conduct and oversee clinical research studies, including protocol development, study planning, and data collection.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
  3. Screen, recruit, and enroll patients for clinical trials according to study protocols.
  4. Monitor and track study progress, including data collection, database management, and study site visits.
  5. Review and interpret study data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with study site staff, investigators, and vendors.
  8. Communicate study updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Prepare and maintain study documents, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures and processes.
  11. Provide training and support to study site staff on study protocols and procedures.
  12. Participate in study meetings and provide input on study design and execution.
  13. Manage study budgets and ensure timely and accurate payment to study sites and vendors.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential study issues and risks.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of study data and all other sensitive information.
  16. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in clinical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.

  • Proficiency In Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
