  1. Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions and support.
  3. Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HR related matters.
  4. Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent.
  5. Conduct workforce planning and analysis to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skills are in place.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and innovate HR processes and tools.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to foster a positive and engaged work culture.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support organizational change initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR.
  11. Develop and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and development.
  12. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a solution-oriented approach.
  13. Communicate and educate employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  14. Serve as a culture champion and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Novo Nordisk and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Relationship-Building Skills With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With All Levels Of The Organization.
