We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by partnering with business leaders to develop and implement effective strategies and initiatives that support our people and business objectives.   1. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations and align with company values.
  4. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent for the organization.
  5. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions.
  6. Support the implementation of performance management processes and provide coaching and training to managers on performance management best practices.
  7. Drive organizational change initiatives and support the development and implementation of change management plans.
  8. Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  9. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  11. Partner with the Total Rewards team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs are in place.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  13. Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Represent the HR department in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
  15. Serve as a role model for company values and promote an inclusive and positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Business Partner Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Practices, Including Employment Law And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Talent Management, Organizational Development, And Performance Management In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment.
