  1. Conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures and protocols.
  2. Ensure all lab equipment and materials are properly maintained, calibrated and organized.
  3. Record and analyze data accurately and report findings to the appropriate team members.
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all experiments and results.
  5. Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory protocols and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and production.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during experiments.
  8. Comply with all safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in laboratory techniques and equipment.
  10. Participate in regular team meetings and provide input for continuous improvement.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of diabetes care and the importance of our work in improving patient's lives.
  13. Work independently and in a team environment to meet project deadlines.
  14. Train and mentor junior laboratory staff as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency in the laboratory.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Or Biology.

  • Prior Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) And Current Fda Regulations.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Team To Achieve Project Goals.
