- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for Novo Nordisk's emerging product pipeline.
- Develop and manage a team of analysts to support data-driven decision-making and provide insights for the pipeline.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track and monitor the progress of Novo Nordisk's emerging products.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions.
- Stay current on industry developments and changes in regulations that may impact the pipeline.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative data analytics techniques and tools to support the pipeline.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide updates on the pipeline.
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and insights across different markets.
- Act as a subject matter expert on emerging products and provide guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and monitor budget for the Emerging Insights and Pipeline Analytics team.

Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Drug Development Processes And Regulatory Requirements. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Analyze And Interpret Emerging Insights And Pipeline Data.
