  1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and timely production of life-saving treatments.
  2. Monitor and adjust production processes to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
  3. Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  4. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
  5. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control and engineering, to identify and implement process improvements.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed production records, including batch records and equipment logs.
  8. Assist with training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistency and high-quality production.
  9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  10. Continuously strive to improve production processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production status and any issues that may arise.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  13. Stay current with industry developments and trends to enhance knowledge and skills in manufacturing techniques and technologies.
  14. Embrace a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement to contribute to the success of the company's mission.
