  1. Provide scientific and medical expertise: Conduct thorough research and analysis of medical and scientific data to support the development, commercialization, and post-marketing activities of our products.
  2. Support product development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide medical and scientific input in the development of new products, including clinical trial design and protocol development.
  3. Assist with commercialization activities: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and review promotional materials, ensuring they are scientifically accurate and compliant with regulations.
  4. Communicate scientific information: Effectively communicate complex scientific and medical information to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and scientific advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  6. Conduct scientific presentations: Present data and information at internal and external meetings and conferences to educate and inform stakeholders about our products.
  7. Support post-marketing activities: Collaborate with medical affairs team to develop and implement post-marketing activities, such as advisory boards, medical education programs, and publications.
  8. Ensure compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including FDA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  9. Build relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the medical community.
  10. Contribute to team goals: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals, and actively participate in team meetings and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In Medical Affairs Or Clinical Research.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes, Including Clinical Trials, Regulatory Requirements, And Pharmacovigilance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Therapeutic Areas Relevant To Novo Nordisk's Products, Such As Diabetes, Obesity, And Rare Blood Disorders.
