We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our Drug Development team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating the development of life-changing medication for patients around the world. We are looking for a detail-oriented and goal-driven individual with a strong background in project management, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.   1. Lead and coordinate the development of new medication for chronic diseases within the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  3. Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  4. Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  5. Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  7. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays and proactively addressing them.
  8. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards throughout the drug development process.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  12. Stay informed of industry trends and developments to make recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions.
  13. Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Or Chemistry.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Drug Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process, Including Regulatory Requirements And Clinical Trial Design.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Manage Budgets, Timelines, And Resources Effectively To Ensure Successful Project Completion.
