
Project Manager (Drug Development)

- Lead and coordinate the development of new medication for chronic diseases within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays and proactively addressing them.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards throughout the drug development process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments to make recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Or Chemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Drug Development.
Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process, Including Regulatory Requirements And Clinical Trial Design.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Demonstrated Ability To Manage Budgets, Timelines, And Resources Effectively To Ensure Successful Project Completion.
