  1. Lead and oversee the successful delivery of projects within the drug development portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, regularly monitoring progress and identifying potential risks or delays.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, researchers, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  5. Proactively identify and address any potential issues that may impact project timelines or quality, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  6. Communicate project updates, progress, and milestones to key stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Ensure all project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports, are accurate and up-to-date.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project management processes and enhance overall team performance.
  9. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and engagement among team members.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in drug development, and apply this knowledge to project planning and execution.
  11. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to drug development and project management.
  12. Act as a mentor to junior project management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, Preferably In Drug Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Regulations, Including Fda And Ema Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion, Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.
