- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory frameworks and ensure company compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, and research and development.
- Review and approve promotional and marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve compliance processes and procedures.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries or inspections.
- Investigate and report any potential violations of laws or regulations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of compliance activities and reports.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of company codes of conduct and ethics.
- Conduct internal investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and communicate potential compliance risks to senior management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Novo Nordisk's mission, values, and business objectives and ensure all compliance efforts align with these principles.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Law, Business, Or Healthcare Administration.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Other Relevant Regulatory Bodies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs And Conducting Audits.
