Responsibilities: • Prepare ingredients for dough mixing • Mix dough according to recipes • Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned • Monitor and adjust dough consistency as needed • Lift up to 50 pounds • Remain organized and multi-task • Follow safety guidelines • Remain in compliance with all food safety standards • Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment • Any other duties as assigned by management
